Boxercise – A great way to keep fit

Boxercise is a fantastic fun filled cardiovascular and conditioning workout based on Boxing and Kickboxing.

  • Boxercise is a fitness class that combines exercise with stress busting activities that are fun, energetic and addictive
  • Effective aerobic and fat burning exercises
  • Learn beginner pad work drills then progress into advanced pad work combinations and advanced footwork drills
  • Classes run by a fully qualified boxercise instructor for adults and kids
